7 Storey Residential Interior & Furniture Design in Glenrock Australia | Naqsha Wala
Project Type: Multi-Storey Residential Interior & Furniture Design Location: Australia Scope: Complete Interior Planning, Custom Furniture Design & Space Optimization This project involved the complete interior and furniture design of a 7-storey residential building in Australia, making it one of the most technically demanding and design-intensive projects handled by our team. The challenge was not just scale — but diversity of users. Each floor contained multiple residential units designed for different lifestyles: • Couples • Children • Elderly residents • Accessible users Every space had to be designed with comfort, safety, accessibility, and functionality in mind while maintaining a unified modern interior language throughout the building. Design Approach We started with the architectural and space planning stage, studying circulation, emergency exits, vertical movement, accessibility routes, and apartment layouts. From there, we developed fully coordinated interior layouts for: Bedrooms Living rooms Kitchens Bathrooms Corridors Salon and shared spaces Entrance lobbies Emergency evacuation routes Each apartment was planned with proper furniture clearances, movement paths, and ergonomic layouts. Custom Furniture & Interior Elements After finalizing the plans, we designed all furniture in-house, including: Beds for adults, kids & seniors Wardrobes & storage units Study tables and dressing units Sofas and lounge seating Kitchen cabinets Bathroom vanities Salon furniture Built-in wall units Every piece was designed according to room size, circulation, and user type, ensuring maximum comfort and usability. Safety, Accessibility & Compliance Special attention was given to: Accessible bathrooms Barrier-free paths Fire escape stairs Emergency exit planning Lift and corridor clearances This ensured the project met Australian building and accessibility standards while remaining visually clean and elegant. Result The final outcome is a highly efficient, modern, and fully coordinated multi-storey interior, where architecture, furniture, and movement flow work together seamlessly. This project showcases our ability to handle: Large-scale residential buildings International design standards Complex user-based planning Furniture + interior integration A true example of Naqsha Wala’s design intelligence applied at a global level 🌍✨
