5 Marla Modern House Front Elevation Design in Wazirabad (35–40 Feet Front)

This project is a 5 marla house front elevation design in Wazirabad, where the client approached us specifically to redesign and enhance the front elevation and first floor structure. One of the key advantages of this house was its wide frontage, approximately 35 to 40 feet, which is quite rare for a 5 marla plot. This extra width gave us the opportunity to create a bold, balanced, and modern elevation that truly stands out on the street. The ground floor was already constructed, so our first step was to physically visit the site and take detailed measurements of the existing structure. We carefully analyzed the wall thicknesses, column positions, beam levels, and structural layout of the ground floor. Based on these exact dimensions, we finalized the wall locations and structural alignment for the first floor to ensure both safety and architectural harmony. Once the technical groundwork was complete, we moved on to designing the first floor layout and its front elevation. The main challenge was to make the elevation visually attractive while respecting the limitations of the already-built ground floor. Using clean horizontal lines, modern box projections, and a well-proportioned balcony, we transformed the façade into a contemporary yet practical design. The elevation design features a balanced combination of textures and materials, including neutral-colored plaster, stone-textured cladding, and sleek railing details. Large openings were introduced to improve natural light and ventilation, while maintaining privacy for the residents. The balcony design adds depth to the front and breaks the monotony of a flat façade, making the house look wider and more luxurious than a typical 5 marla home. We also prepared detailed front and side elevation drawings with exact dimensions, along with realistic 3D renders, so the client could clearly visualize the final outcome before execution. These drawings ensured smooth communication with the contractor and helped avoid any confusion during construction. The end result was a strong, elegant, and modern house elevation that perfectly utilized the wide frontage of the plot. The client was extremely satisfied with how the house transformed from a simple structure into a visually striking home, while staying practical, cost-effective, and structurally sound.
