Understanding the client’s lifestyle needs, we carefully developed a modern and practical ground floor layout that balances private spaces and shared living areas. Instead of overcrowding the plan, our strategy focused on maximizing room sizes, improving natural ventilation, and maintaining smooth movement throughout the house. The TV lounge is kept at a standard yet comfortable size, acting as the central family gathering space. It connects efficiently with other areas of the house, ensuring privacy for bedrooms while keeping the lounge easily accessible. The lounge layout allows flexibility for furniture placement and future interior customization. Both bedrooms on the ground floor are larger than typical 5 marla standards, making this plan ideal for families who prefer spacious sleeping areas or for clients who want one bedroom to be used as a guest room.
