5 Marla Commercial Cum Residential House Design in Shaheenabad, Gujranwala

This project is a 5 Marla commercial-cum-residential house design in Shaheenabad, Gujranwala, owned by Ilyas. The plot is located on a fully commercial road, surrounded by shops and business activities, which made it essential to design a layout that could generate commercial value without compromising residential comfort. The client required two shops on the front side to utilize the commercial potential of the plot, along with a separate garage access leading towards the back residential portion of the house. Our Naksha Wala / Naqsha Wala team planned the project in a way that ensures smooth circulation, privacy, and functional zoning between commercial and residential areas. The residential layout includes a well-sized TV lounge, multiple bedrooms, kitchen, washrooms, staircase, and proper OTS ventilation, making the house comfortable for long-term living despite being in a busy market area. Along with floor plans, we also designed a modern commercial elevation that blends perfectly with the surrounding shops while maintaining a clean architectural identity. All drawings were prepared according to local building bylaws, successfully approved, and the construction of the house is now almost completed. This project stands as a strong example of smart naqsha planning for commercial roads in Gujranwala.
