This remarkable 10 marla house elevation project in Attock was designed for Client Waqar and stands out as one of the most challenging yet rewarding residential designs completed by Nakshawala, Islamabad. The plot had a 65 feet wide front but an extremely limited depth of around 35–40 feet, making the design process intense and highly technical. At first glance, the proportions seemed almost impossible to balance. The elevation width was even larger than typical canal-facing houses, and with no side openings or depth flexibility, the façade had to do all the visual work. After multiple conceptual sketches and design iterations, we developed a bold Roman–Spanish style elevation that transformed the limitation into the project’s biggest strength. The house features a grand double-height entrance, inspired by Roman and Spanish architectural elements, with strong vertical lines, elegant moldings, and a symmetrical façade. The boundary wall design was carefully aligned with the elevation theme, making the house visually dominant from the street. A large modern garage, integrated lighting, textured finishes, and balanced masses give the house a luxury presence despite the compact depth. Special attention was given to front yard landscaping and backyard planning, ensuring greenery and open space remain part of daily living. The elevation was designed not just for beauty, but also for long-term value, durability, and timeless aesthetics, making it one of the finest elevation designs in Attock.
